Bean takes first step in management with struggling Leeds and vows for improvement 2
Only two weeks after Neil Warnock quit Leeds due to unstated "personal problems" the board have appointed Joshua Bean as new manager. The footballing world was left suprised with the appointment of Bean who has never managed before in his life.
Bean told Leeds TV exclusively "This team has plenty of potential and I beleive with in the next two to three seasons we can take the next step".
When asked what style of play he will use and whether he will need to buy people to install this philosophy Bean replied "I am looking to play attacking short passing football to give the fans their money worth. As for transfers very few funds have been made avaliable to me but there is always loan deals and free tansfers".
The board also released a statement soon after stating "We will support Bean in anyway he needs, and look forward to a long fruitfull partnership. As for the funds we have only made avaliable a samll amount due to the turmoil we are in."
