I got to GS13 page on fmscout, but I don't see a download link. How do I download?
If you are subscribed to our newsletter service, the link probably have been sent to you through email. Download link will be available on the site soon.
I'm trying to load my save game but GS say "Game is not found. Please, load a game in Football Manager and try again." What do I do?
GS13 works real-time. Meaning, you have to start FM13, load your game and then try to load it in GS13.
I loaded my save, but for some reason I can't see sale value of players and transfer budget for clubs. Why?
Eugene has been unable to access the related data for this information so far. We're hoping this will be added on a later build eventually.
I got genie working and my save is loaded. How do I use GS13?

My antivirus tells me the setup file has malware or something. Why?
It's a false positive. We have a partner's offer bundled in the setup file, which can be flagged as harmful from certain anti-virus or anti-malware software. We can assure you that non of our advertisers use malware; all are trusted by Verisign, and so does our GS13 installer.
I have a bug to report. How do I do it?

I donated for GS13 "g" edition and still haven't got a response. What do I do?
FM Scout (the site) is not involved in the donations towards Eugene, neither has any responsibility delivering the ad-free version to you after donation. This is a process handled solely by Eugene himself.
I got a Mac and I'm trying to run GS13 but have difficulties. What do I do?
GS13 is for windows platforms. If you have a Mac, use MacAssistant.
