I'm on my 2028/2029 season of FM13. Can't stop playing, spent a 13 days in the game since November, 2. But i'm having a kind of problem. I'm playing with FC United, we are already in Premier League, playing in Champions League and actually making the new history, but it is already 5th season, i can't expand the stadium capacity. There is no that kind of option allowed in Directors talks. The capacity of the stadium is only 15 000, so it's not enough, and i have to sell my best players, because financial situation is getting hard with high salaries. I don't want to use editors. Anybody knows how to demand the new stadium or ask to expand the old one, how to activate that options in talks with my president?

I can see the buy new/expand stadium options within the "Stadium" section of the "Interact With Board" page, so could you either give a more detailed description or provide screenshots? Is the "Stadium" option greyed out? Are the options within that greyed out? If they are, then hovering over them will give an explanation to why they're disabled, if not then there's some other problem.
If you're still playing at Gigg Lane, then the problem could be that the team don't currently own the stadium, so they wouldn't be able to expand it because of that. Gigg Lane has a maximum expansion capacity of 20,000, so as a premier league team you'll be wanting to build a new stadium instead of buying Gigg Lane.

Yeap, both options are greyed out in "Interact With Board". It is new stadium. I've already expanded it, 3 or 4 times, because it was built in League 1. Where did you find the maximum capacity?
It's a hidden attribute, I found it in the FM Editor. I think the only way to look at it on a stadium created after a save has been started is to use something like FMRTE or Genie Scout, though I'm not sure if either of those shows that particular piece of info.
Sounds like that might be the problem, did you check what the popup says when you hover over the two greyed out options? I'm guessing that if the stadium is at it's maximum capacity then the options will be greyed out and the hover popup will tell you that it can't be expanded any more. Is the "Build New Stadium" option greyed out too?
