Just wanted to report a little niggly detail.
If I want to search for an Assistant Manager in Genie Scout for example, I used to be able find unemployed staff. Now, it only finds employed assistant managers, and all unemployed staff are coming up with 'not set'. I normally prefer to go for unemployed staff so I don't have to pay compensation, but because of this, I can't see unemployed people's job preference, so would have to spend ages filtering through 'not set's to find someone who will actually sign an assistant manager contract.
