I've been playing FM13 for the last week and this is the first time I have played any FM game. Anyone got any advice on how to get started and be succesful?

Sort your tactics out quickly and stick with them! Make sure your players are always happy and don't over-rotate your squad.
There are two problems I seem to have- the players' moral dropping even when I'm on a long unbeaten run and conceding in the first 10 minutes of games. How can I sort that out?
You could have team meetings to get their morale back up and make sure the players are not jaded.
