Offer clubs player problem, loan or sell

Hi all, I have been playing FM manager for some time now, and in FM07 and FM08 had the same problem, When I go to "offer player to clubs" it will only offer to all clubs. In FM06 I could offer to the clubs of my choice. Anyone had this problem and know the answer. I have just reinstalled FM08 again and started new games, due to a previous error, but it will not still let me. Many thanks

well in FM06 you could offer so some specified club,and here in FM08 to all clubs,and interested clubs will make offer.it is easier now.
