Football manager not found?

Hello FM SCOUT says in a dialogue box "Football manager is not found .
Please make sure you are using football manager 2013 13.1.2 and higher
If you’re sure and the problems persists try to run FM Genie scout with Administrator Rights"


I have tried to run FM Scout with Administrator Rights but no luck.

Furthermore the game list does not appear in panel.

Sometimes the game is read other times it not read.

Any help with the problem would gratefully appreciated.

Do you have your FM running while trying to load the data in GS?

It was good of you to get back to me.

Yes I have the game running. I start FMscout and click load and sometimes it does not read the game data. I have to exit and re-try by starting the program again and it works sometimes. If I go back to an old save game and click load the problem also occurs, so i have to exit and start again.
