Genie Scout Error

I am getting a similar one. I am running Windows Vista 64-bit. The error persists with beta 10.

I have a quite similar error message, does anyone know a fix for this?
Ensured that I'm not compressing my saved games, have tried an old game before the FM update, tried creating a new game...

All to no avail.. I have tried changing some settings in the language base, since I'm playing the game in dutch but it doesn't seem to make any difference with the error message.

Using Win7 x64
Error is with the beta version.
