Freedman Leaves Palace

In a statement released by the club it read:
Dougie and the club were far apart in their ambitions for this season, financially we cannot compete and Dougie would not stand for it... A new direction is to be taken and we ask the Palace fans to be patient as we are talking to possible targets.

It is thought that any new manager taking over the job is going to be given limited funds, but WILL be given time to implement their tactics and ways....

Crystal Palace today have revealed their new manager... Louis Ross a 32 year old manager and will attend a press conference later on today.
Ross takes charge at Palace

Extracts from the interview:

I am pleased that the chairman has trusted me with this position...

I prefer to work on a deal-by-deal basis

I am looking to be involved as much as my time allows me, coaching staff will be brought in and so will players, risks may have to be taken but it will be worth it.

it is thought that Zaha and Adryan are going to fundamental in Ross' plans this season and will be key in 'The Premier League' where he aims to get to straight away.
