Blackburn Rovers, the club which belong in the top division, at the top of the tree....
They haven't been there at the moment, and my objective is to bring them home.

The reason Blackburn aren't where they are supposed to be is because of this man. Steve Kean.

Even though in the season when Blackburn were getting relegated, the fans were against him, hurling abuse and giving him death threats at every opportunity. The board just would not budge, they were blind enough to believe that Steve Kean would take the club forward.

These are the Venkys, this group of people are the owners of Blackburn Rovers. They know next to nothing about English football, and spending money on players that will get them nowhere. They also sacked the manager before Steve Kean, called Sam Allardyce, he wasn't doing badly for them considering the players they had at the club.

This is me Sam Magarry. I will be the newest manager of this club. Before I joined I had thought of many different things like players to sign, tactics, and who I would be getting rid of. I am Sam Magarry, the man to take Blackburn Rovers on the journey home.
Hope you have a good go at this story Beast. It will be really interesting to see how you fair with a team that just don't perform. Good luck.

My first day in the office! In this day, I devised my two tactics that I will be using for the season. Here they are:

This tactic is very attacking. In this tactic I will be using my new signing Samba Diakite (Will be explained in Transfers section) as an Anchorman, with Jason Lowe as a Ball Winning Midfielder support to help get the ball from the opponent and stifle their attacks where the RCM will be an Advanced Playmaker attack to get forward and supply the ball to the AM or to one of the two strikers. The AM's job is to supply the strikers with the ball!

This tactic is basically the same but just take one of the strikers into midfield, this tactic will be played at away games or at games where we are underdogs like in cup games to higher tier oppposition, the extra man back in midfield will be playing as Ball Winning Midfield defend, this will try to block the opponents attacks and getting through on goal. Our DM will be playing as an Anchorman to basically just kill anything that tries to get past him. Yet again the RCM will be an Advanced Playmaker attack just like the AM and will try to feed through the forward who is a poacher so he can hopefully finish the chances!

During August at Ewood Park, I made some signings that would help us now AND for the future. Here they are!

This is our first signing, Mika. Mika is a very talented young goalie, who we got on a free from Benfica. In the first season he will be a backup keeper to Paul Robinson, although his potential says he will only be good for the championship, I believe he will surpass that and be our goalie in the premiership for years to come!

Here is our next signing Daniel Adejo from Reggina. We signed this bright young right back as I don't really like Bradley Orr due to his rating not being that high. Adejo will be our right back for years to come. He is very fast and has alot of strength. I mean come on, look at his picture he looks like a BEAST!

This is Alan Pereira, a young brazillian left back from Fiorentia. He will arrive in January on a free transfer. This season he will be back up to Adam Henley, he has the potential to be a good premiership left back!

This here is an italian lad called Diego De Girolamo from Sheffield UTD. He is a very young and versatile young player who could be an Advanced Playmaker in the AM slot, or a good Poacher or Advanced Forward up at the top of the pitch. He will be in the u18s this season and he has the potential to be good in the premiership!

Last but definetly not least, we have Samba Diakite from QPR. I'm sure most of you have heard of this player in real life but for those who haven't, he is a very good DM for this level and he will be playing in the anchorman role in this team. He arrives on a season long loan!

Thanks James pal, good to know that you're following!

I sat down in my office chaiir with Eric Black to discuss our Pre-Season and the first month of the season, August.

Our pre-season was impressive with only 1 loss out of six matches with that one loss being against Benfica. The only dissapointing parts were against Fleetwood, where I thought we could of won by four goals and the 4-0 loss to Benfica where we shouldn't of been as bad defensively even if they are a top team. We began our campaign for a playoffs spot in the Championship with a 1-1 draw against Hull City. This wasn't that dissappointing as we dominated the whole match and there goal was a 40 yard cross into the box which rocketed into the back of the net. The Crystal Palace game ended 1-0, yet again another great performance from our team showing that we had what it takes to get back into the premiership. Then we had a 3-1 victory over promotion hopefuls Leicester City, with Vukcevic putting in a magnificent performance grabbing a goal and setting up Jordan Rhodes and Ruben Rochina. We ended the month with a 4-0 victory of Swindon Town in the Capital One Cup. The scorers in this game were Scott Dann with a volley from a corner, then Josh Morris scored a tap in. Afterwards the experienced 36 year old Nuno Gomes rifled the ball into the back of the net, and finally to round off the scoring Colin Kazim Richards scored a magnificent header to send us through to the third round!

Eric said to me: "It's been a good first month for you in charge boss who are you players of the month though?"

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The player of the month for August had to be Simon Vukcevic, he put in a string of good performances grabbing himself a goal and SIX assists!

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The young player of the month for August just had to go to Adam Henley, the young left back played brilliantly all month cementing his place in the first team and knocked out Martin Olsson!
Very nice results so far mate :) Can't wait for more :D
Thanks very much or, its brilliant to hear that from someone like you!

I sat down with my assistant, Eric Black in the office with Jaffa Cakes in hand to discuss the month of September when Eric pops up with this: "Boss, shouldn't we discuss the people who went out of the club"
"Crap, Eric you're right!"

Eric pulls out a folder, showing everybody who left the club.

First off we have Bruno Ribeiro the Brazillian Right Back. Honestly, he was never going to play for me and was just wasting money on the wage budget and just rotting in the reserves. So I sent him off back home to Sao Paulo for a fee of 500k.

Next up we have the Portugese u21 striker Edinho Junior who leaves on a loan to Oldham until January/February. Hopefully this move will see him grab some goals and continue his development to maybe come into the first team when he returns to the club.

Last but definetly not least, we have Jordan Slew. We sent this VERY promising striker out on loan to relegation-tipped Peterborough. All though he will only be a backup there, Peterborough have a very good setup and I am sure he will have learnt lots by the time he returns to the club in the summer.

To start off with the results of the month, we played Barnsley away and ended up with a 3-2 loss, this was very dissapointing as we should of won this game by a 2-3 goal margin. Then a "slightly" better result against Nottingham forest, with a 1-1 draw. This isn't that dissappointing as they are one of the teams like us fighting for the play-offs and with strikers like Simon Cox and Billy Sharp I thought we did well to contain them. Next up was a 3-0 win away at Charlton, this saw Jordan Rhodes bag a brace and Jason Lowe scoring a nice effort from 25 yards. Then we had a very good 1-0 win against Middlesborough with Bradley Orr scoring a very nice diving header to win us the game! Next, in the 3rd round of the Capital One Cup, we played Derby at home grabbing a thrilling 3-2 extra time winner with 36 year old former Benfica striker Nuno Gomes scoring a diving header in the 120th minute. And to end off the month, we very dissappointingly lost 1-0 to Bristol City at Ashton Gate...

Eric then piped up and said, "So who are your players of the month?"

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The player of the month for September has to be Jordan Rhodes grabbing an incredible 4 goals and overall just playing brilliantly!

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Again, the award goes to Adam Henley. He has yet again been putting in superb performances which will keep him in the first team for a while!
Nice!
Good story mate, been thinking of writing my own, but my english fails me sometimes so im not sure i got the guts for it ;) Keep up the good work tho!
(Just a quick note before the update, there will be no league table or fixture screenshots until January sorry for the massive cock-up

Yet again, me and my assistant Eric Black sat down in the office with our Jaffa Cakes and cups of tea to review the month of october.

Just before though Eric said this to me:"It wasn't a bad month this was it boss?"
"No mate not at all." I responded

The month of October began with a home game against strugglers Watford, this game ended 1-0 thanks to a Ruben Rochina strike. We then travelled to Portman Road to play mid table side Ipswich. Again, this game ended 1-0 to us with Jordan Rhodes scoring a header against his old club. We then travelled back home to Ewood Park to play promotion dark horses Derby County, they gave us a very good game with the final score being 2-2 with Jordan Rhodes and Colin-Kazim Richards being our scorers. We again played at home against a struggling Millwall side withe final score being 3-0 to us with centerback Scott Dann and forwards Jordan Rhodes and Colin-Kazim Richards being our scorersa, the only downside being two yellow cards meaning a sending off for our young left back Adam Henley. We then travelled to Elland Road to play a strong Leeds United side. We unfortunately lost the game 2-1 with Colin-Kazim Richards being our scorer, this result does not worry me too much as Elland Road is a very hard place to go to with some of the best fans in England. We then rounded off our month with a game in the Capital One Cup game against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light. Again we unfortunately lost this game 5-3 on penalties, this result does not worry me again as we were suffering from injuries to our key players and we almost beat a side who are a division above us.

Eric then said to me: "Well then boss, who are your players of the month?"

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The player of the month for October just had to be Colin-Kazim Richards scoring 3 goals and getting a couple of assists to help the team win games.

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The young player of the month award has to go to the young scottish centerback Grant Hanley, this lad has been putting in a string of great performances to cement his place in the first team.

It's that time of the month again for me and Eric to sit down in our office chairs to examine the results of November.

We began the month of November with a trip to Turf Moor to face Burnley, this game was very dissappointing as it finished 0-0. We then travelled back home to Ewood Park to play Sheffield Wednesday, where we claimed a 3-1 victory with Jason Lowe and Kazim-Richards bagging 2 goals. We then played Peterborough at Ewood Park with the final score being 1-0, Kazim-Richards the goalscorer. We then went to Bloomfield Road to play a very strong Blackpool side in the top 2, the score ended 0-0. We then went to Molyneux to play Wolves, we lost 2-1 with Ruben Rochina being our scorer

Eric then piped up again said the famous words: "So boss, who are your players of the month?"

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

This man grabs the player of the month award again for scoring 3 goals and playing extremely well in the Advanced Forward role!

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE MONTH

The young player of the month award has to go to our young central midfielder Jason Lowe. Jason has played extremely well this month grabbing a goal and giving his absolute all to help the team, he is now one of my key players!
Nice results, will be following!
Thanks Pauker!
