I will be doing this kind of like Glenn's story, In a sort of first person, actually living it style. Hopefully, you will like it. I will right in the persona of Alfred James, not my real name.

"being 25 and without a job is dull. I find myself watching Jeremy Kyle in the morning, which makes me depressed. My girlfriend is annoyed at being the sole earner, so much so, as we are living with my parents. But then I looked at the papers and read that Mark Hughes has left Q.P.R. I was surprised. He had only been there a few months. rumours where flying around he and tony fernandes had an argument over whether or not Ashley and Pudsey should of won Britains got talent, or something stupid. So I though, Why not? I need a job. I know a lot about football, and do quite like Q.P.R. I thought It was a long shot of me being appointed but....."

16th July 2012: " Hello, Alfred James speaking."Ah we got the right person, Hello, this is tony Fernandes of Q.P.R. football club "Hello Tony what can I do for you" We want you to be our next manager, we will offer you a one year deal. Will you come down and sign the contract? " After Ive had a read of it but I'm sure I will be happy with it."

" that was yesterday, and I am now Q.P.R. Manager. Bring on 2012/13.
Congrats on the job ;) hahahaa! Though, little bit of grammar would be great!

Maybe a tiny bit more detail, and like do a new line if a different person is speaking to help your presentation

Will do, in future updates, and there will be more detail come further updates
" First thing I had a meeting with Tony. He welcomed me in and then introduced me to Mark Bowen, who I chatted to. Tony then asked me about my expectations for the season;

I then had a look to see who I would play this pre-season;

"not to bad a pre-season to face, hey Mark." I said to Mark Bowen.
" Yeah, not to bad, will be able to see who you want to keep at the club, and who you want to sell"
"yes I will. Excuse me Mark, I need to introduce myself to the players;

Me
Ji-Sung Park
Ryan Nelsen
Shaun Derry

Me: I know you may not of heard of me, but I would like to introduce myself, as your new manager. Ji-Sung, Do you have something to say?

Your reputation should build if you meet expectations. I look forward to playing under your management.

Me: Anyone else? Yes, Ryan?

Ji-Sung has it right definately

Me: Shaun you look like you have something to add?

I personally look forward to working with a lesser known manager who could add something to the team

Thats all, thanks for all welcoming me in.

"I knew that this wasn't going to be easy but I am going to give it a real go."

Q.P.R. Pre-season

"hey mark, what would you like?" I asked, my assistant, as he walked by.
"well" he replied "I heard you let Mike Rigg leave the club, wanted to know why?"
"I hired some new members of staff and thought that Mike wasnt needed. Instead, I have hired Eric (cantona), David (seaman) and Lee (Dixon)"
"Ok, just wondered. Anyway, Tony asked me to give you these files, transfers and pre-season results and what not."
"ok cheers mark"

Signings are they any good?

Q.P.R have made some signings and now, we shall analyse them, and see if Alfred James has made a good or bad change to the squad.

First of all, James added Free-agant Nigel Reo- Coker to the Team. A positive signing it seems, and with Diakite and M'bia being good centre midfielders with only Shaun Derry as cover, James has made a good signing to boost his midfield, as Reo-Coker can defend and attack equally well.

Next, at £700 k Sebastian Squillaci seems cheap. And with only four recognised centre backs in the team, James swooped in ahead of newcastle to add the arsenal reject to his squad. The defender had a good time at Lyon and Sevilla, before joining arsenal and James is certainly hoping he shows that form and not the form he showed at arsenal.

John Guidetti's form in Holland last term convinced James to spend £50 k a month to bring him in on loan. The Man. City player was not part of the first team at the etihad, and hopefully can score the goals for Q.P.R.

Clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona will be kicking it now that Wellington Nem chose to join Q.P.R. The Brazilian is a wonderkid, and is expected to become the next big thing. Q.P.R will definately hope so, and will be laughing at the small price of £3. 5 million spent.

Jamaal Lascelles is a young talent plucked out of N. Forest's team. The youngster, who is similar to club captain Ryan Nelsen, has been dubbed the new Jamie Carragher, so big things are expected of this player, who has joined huddersfield on loan.

Another top quality English youngster bought in is highly rated Jack Butland. £6 million may be a lot for someone so young, but the "next Ben Foster" will be hoping to be Q.P.R. and Englands number one in the future, as will Alfred James.

The final signing of Alfred James' is the Norwich man, Wes Hoolahan. Suprsingly unwanted at Norwich, James brought in the midfielder as cover for his attacking midfielders, and hopes that the former Blackpool man, can bring the club up the table.

As for outgoing Transfers, James early on got rid of Hill, Mackie, Murphy and Cerny all unwanted at the club. bringing in a brilliant amount of money. The rest of the transfers are loans and give the players otherwise ungiven first team oppurtunities, except for new boy, Lascelles who will be gaining first team experience, in order to give him some playing time, he wouldnt of gotten this season.
