when i run the latest FMM I get all the options on the options buttons as ???. And when I click on another button it says there is an error what is going on?

Right click on FMM , click run as admin and it should work after that.

Well it doesn't have an uninstall program that I can see and on all programs I can't find it.

control panel, remove or add programs, there it will be and choose to uninstall.
