What is the deal with?

I may be repeating someone else, but why do over 19s play in the under19s league for example. It is a bit annoying when scouting to find out your player is 30 years old.

because in real life after the qualifications for an european or world championship ends most of the players are over 19 or over 21 and its not decent for someone to work hard and qualify and others playing in the final tournament, thats why fifa and uefa allow in certain conditions for players over 19 and over 21 to still play for the equivalent national teams.

what about club teams?
