Database Crash Dump

Hello everyone, i'm getting a crash dump when I try to start a new carrer with a modified database. I don't know where is the problem, maybe someone can help me.
I have 4 new countries and some other things edited, and every time the game starts to load "Finding Manager Targets" the game crashes. What do I?
I also have custom logos and flags for teams and leagues (BUT i was already using it before edit the database)
If it help, I can upload the crash dump file, and the (five, one different for each country) databases I use...

Can you show me what the custom database is?

I found where is the problem, but not exactly. It is just in one of the five DBs that I use. the problem are on this file:
