As I was driving into my drive I noticed a man approaching the car, with my father, he knocked on the window smiled and said to me " Hello, can I have word with you inside" I replied and we entered my house located in Edgware and I offered him a drink.

"No thank you, I would like to get down to business"

"Business? What Business?"

" Let me introduce myself, my name is Peter Hill Wood, I am the chairman of Arsenal FC, we decided to sack our former manager Arsene Wenger as we felt this may be the year the club fails to qualify for the Uefa Championa League, we want you Seni to take over. We also desperately need a trophy as we haven't won one in 7 years I've heard of your miracles with amateur sides such as Edgware Town and I think your perfect for the job".

" This a great offer and I certainly can't turn it down" I said shaking his hand.

The chairman then made arrangements for me to be brought to the Emirates the next day to sign my contract.

This was definetly a dream come true, I only thought I would manage a professional side on football manager, I guess I was wrong.
That same night, I was up studying the Arsenal team inside out. I watched hundreds of youtube clips on Arsenal's style of play. From there I picked up the strengths and weaknesses of the squad. I already knew the players that needed to leave the club, the youth players who should be given a chance in the first team and I definitely knew the players I wanted to sign.

My aim: To win a trophy, to qualify for the champions league and to not sell the club's best players.
I will add images and screenshots later on today, my laptop is down.
Seems like Peter Hill-Wood is offering jobs to guys driving on the road! lol

Lool, I'm an inexperienced manager of an amateur side and basically as time goes on I want to become one of the best managers in the world. Just want to be a bit different as I see many people are former players etc. I'm an inexperienced manager.

BREAKING NEWS:

Arsenal FC are to set to sign the former Egware Town manager, Seni Oyewumi as their manager. Arsenal sacked their former manager Arsene Wenger as they feared he wouldn't qualify for the champions league and because he hasn't won a trophy in 7 years.

Nobody can hide the inexperience of Mr.Oyewumi as he has never actually managed a professional side before.

Reports suggest that he is on his way to the Emirates stadium to sign a contract. When we get further information we will let you know, here on sky sports news.

Do you think Arsenal are making a mistake by sacking Wenger for such an inexperienced manager? Let us know.

Breaking News:

Former Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger insists he was unfairly sacked as the board never gave him the sufficient funds to buy players who would guarantee trophies and qualification for the champions league, however the French man has stated he wouldn't mind a return to the Emirates as the head of youth or possibly the director of football.

It will be interesting to see how the current Arsenal board and the future manager, Seni Oyewumi, will react to this.

Arsenal fans, would you take Wenger back at the Emirates as director of football or even has head of youth?

Before my agent, my father who has been supporting me since day one, and I made our way to the Emirates. Mr Peter Hill Wood insisted I stop by at the training ground London Colney and the youth academy Hale End.

As the car slowly stopped, I was amazed to see the facilities available in London Colney. The pitches were perfectly looked after, there were high-tech indoor training facilities and fitness facilities. I couldn't wait to start training both the first team, reserves and U18's in such a wonderful training facility. Soon I realised I was getting ahead of my self as I hadn't even signed the contract yet and negotiations hadn't even started!

As my father and I were walking back to the car I noticed a few youngsters practising on the pitch, I walked up to them and immediately they knew I was set to be the new gaffer. I asked what their names were and they replied " Chuba Akpom sir" " Alex Iwobi sir" "Anthony Jeffrey sir". I wished them farewell as I had to zoom of to Hale end. In the car I spoke to my father about the three boys and how impressed I was, according to the chairman the players weren't meant to report for pre-season training for another 2 weeks yet these young boys were practising hard. In my mind I told myself " I have to give those boys a chance in the FA Cup, Capital one cup and if they're really lucky the EPL.

Next was Hale End. I was very impressed also with the facilities here, too although they were not up to the level as the facilities in London Colney.
Please feel free to give any advice.
This is very well written so far, very impressed.

I've heard of the first two youngsters but who is Anthony Jeffrey is he any good?

Thank you very much :) Anthony Jeffrey is good as well, he's the quickest youth player Arsenal have.

Negotiations

To the Emirates, I told the driver.

"Look at you all dressed up" said my Dad. Not only do I want to prove my class as a manager but also my class when it comes to dressing smartly.

There it was, the home of football in London, the Emirates stadium, it was much bigger than I had ever imagined. As I looked at the statue of Thierry Henry, I pictured a statue of myself, oh how happy I would be if there was a statue of me outside the Emirates.

"Good afternoon, Mr Oyewumi and Mr Oyewumi, please follow me to the negotiation room.". We did as we were told and the first thing I saw was this:

We eagerly awaited the arrival of the Arsenal board, we waited for 30 minutes, had they forgotten.....
Finally the doors opened and Mr Peter Hill Wood and the other members of the Arsenal came in.I stood up and shook hands with each of them.

The chairman thanked me for coming and then the meeting started. The first thing we spoke about was the current players at Arsenal. The Arsenal board complained about the lack of passion the players show and how they wished they had 10 other Jack Wilshere's. I laughed a this statement and simply replied " some players such as Jack, are born with that passion and dedication, anything they do, they will put in 110%. However for some players you must continue drilling them a d encouraging them."

We then went on to dicuss the youth academy set up. I was really impressed with the current setup. My father briefly stepped out of the room to take a phone call. He came back in looking anxious.

As we were walking to the car I asked him what's up?

"Son,that phone call was from Tottenham, they say they would like to see you as they too are looking for a new manager."

" WHAT?!?!"

The two biggest clubs in North London wanted me to lead their team to success, I honestly didn't know who to pick.

It took us 10 minutes to get to White Hart Lane. We met with the chairman and discussed. As we got back into the car, I told my father

" I want the Arsenal job"
