20 year old youth intake?!?!

Ok so i created my own league with teams having U19's, so when the time comes for new youth players coming threw i end up with 20 year old "youths" who are put straight into my first team as they are to old for my u19 squad, at this rate within a few seasons i wont have any players in that squad unless i buy them, any ideas?? this has really pickled my head!

What youth facilities do you have ?

i think it makes a huge difference if your "Youth Recruitment" within club facilities is low. On my Newcastle United game ive upped mine through boardroom requests to the top level and my youth recruitment is awesome.

I would have thought anything higher than "above average youth recruitment" and you should be ok, but generally i buy 14-16yr olds to keep my under 19s team full.
