I thought Nick Johnson was working for the Daily Mirror Good luck Jeremy!
Why a youth manager? The pressure is all to me now thanks to the idiot of Holloway leaving for Crystal Palace. Well, after being rejected of multiple jobs, I was given this chance, to play in the Npower Championship with Blackpool. I knew that I could succeed at this team. I could. *Phone rings* Karl Oyston (Chairman). I picked up and he wanted me to have a meeting for our expectations.
KO: Karl Oyston
JP: Jeremy Pauker
KO: Hi Jeremy, welcome to the Seasiders. I'd like to have a few minutes of your time to welcome you to the club before handing you over to your assistant manager, who is going to discuss team policy with you. I would also want to assure you that on behalf of the board, you have the full backing of it.
JP: Great, let's get this meeting started. I'm really looking forward to give the club a real taste of success! I also appreciate you taking time of your busy schedule to welcome me in person!
KO: Blackpool are a team with a lot history. The fans really appreciate it when a newly-appointed manager has taken their time to learn something from the club. I know that you are familiar with the history of the club, but if you'd like I could send you a more detailed version.
JP: No, it's okay. I researched the club's history before taking the job.
KO: To be honest, us losing in the Play-Offs final hurt the club a lot. We do expect that you at least finish a top-half finish. We are willing to give you 2 million pounds and 10k of wage budget. Are we on the same page of expectations?
JP: Of course Karl. Those are the ones I was personally aiming for.
KO: Well, I have a meeting with the club owner's Valeri Belokon and my big brother Owen Oyston. I hope you have a succesful Blackpool career here.
JP: Thanks Karl!

I approached my assistant manager, Steve Thompson and asked him to organize a backroom staff meeting a team meeting, and a team report. I anxiously wanted to talk to the players. In the backroom staff, I was informed that most of the player's contract were going to expire this season, so I wanted to renew all the needed players and then make some signings. I was informed as well that we were short of staff. I would to take a look after the three meetings, so I headed to the team report from my assistant manager Steve Thompson. Pics below from the team report and the team meeting.

RENEWING CONTRACTS
Renewing contracts: In the summer, many key players can leave thanks to the bosman ruling. Therefore, I have decided to act quickly and renew this contracts.
Thomas Ince
Why: A key-player this season and years to come. I am currently negotiating him to pen a 4 year contract with us to fend off clubs bidding for him.
Matt Phillips
Why: Another key-player at my squad and he inked a 10k p/w deal for 4 years.
Matthew Gilks
Why: I am uncertain of him playing as my first GK this season. If I can sell him, I will and try to bring in Butland or another player. If I don't sell him by the end of the transfer window, I will try to renew his contract.
Craig Cathcart
Why: Great CB and he will be for at least 2 seasons as a key-player. I will have him sign a 4 year contract very soon.
Neal Eardley
Why: He's great and PL quality. It'd be a shame if I can't hold him for at least a season.

Good start bro, I will definitely be following
TRANSFER TARGETS
Adryan
Why: Great youngster and he will be leading my team into promotion. I believe that in one season, he can become a good PL player by then.
Celso Borges
Why: Here at Blackpool, we lack strikers. With Fletcher getting old and Delfonueso has not been playing good I lacked firepower. Borges and Ademilson are the right men to lead Blackpool to the PL and CL.
Ademilson
Why: Great wonderkid and after I saw his potential ability, I will meet his clause of 5,250,000 pounds.
CB: I need a cheap CB that can join Blackpool this season in the summer. I already bought Doria for him to join in the next transfer window. I might go for O'Brien from Derby but it's going to cost me millions. Help accepted!
CM (Can play as defensive midfielder): As Sylvestre left for 2.5 million, I'd like to bring someone new for cover. I'd also like to sign somebody who can play as support or automatic.

The Tactics: I will be using two tactics. The normal 4-4-2 and my successful 4-2-3-1. The 4-2-3-1 will be used for team who are relegation-tipped sides. The 4-2-3-1 will also be played in big matches, but depending in the condition of my players I might use a 4-4-2. Here are the two tactics below.

Pre-Season Results: It was a highly ineffective pre-season and my players were not playing well. I gave Delfonueso his chance and he didn't take it. I am thinking of terminating his loan for 9k of wages. Comment below on your opinion. Sadly, I can't show you until the next update the fixture list because if I do I'd spoil it for you guys.

Definitely following mate Try Muralha of flamengo as a dm/cm.. he did well for me and since u sign adryan as well, why not rob another flamengo youngster? €1m release clause.
nice start Pauker, some good siging in ademilson and borges they 2 will boss the league.. and defo keep ahold of Ince for as long as you can, he only gets better
Haha, I bought Borges in my story, ANIMAL upfront, very cheap as well.
Will be good to see how Ince and Phillips do, as in mine Ince always seems to stick with Blackpool or move to another club in the championship instead of playing in the premiership.

Nice signings bro, good luck
Month Report (August): After signing some new players, we had 6 matches to play in this month. In my managerial debut, I played Accrington, a Npower League 2 side in the Capital One Cup. We played some great football and deserved to beat them by a three goal margin. We played Bristol City, who has players like Baldock, Adomah and Pitman. It was dissapointing seeing my team draw in the league debut, but we still picked points. The next fixture was against Brighton, who in my saves are always promoted to the Premier League. Anyways, we did win, but it was a close and intense match in the last 20 minutes because there were 4 goals scored. The following match was against Watford. Watford had made some nice signings in the summer who had lots of loans from different clubs. We did beat them by 3-1, but the match could've gone to them also. We also drew Chelsea at home in the Capital One Cup Third Round.
