Hi Guys, this is my first story . I’m from Brazil and a die hard supporter of Vasco da Gama. But in England I’ve always had a soft spot for 2 clubs, Newcastle and Leeds United.

This is a story about Newcastle United. I signed as a Sunday League Manager, with the promise to make Newcastle the most successful club in UK in three seasons or less.

I’m a controversial figure that won’t tolerate indiscipline and will demand full control of every possible area.

In the first season, if I can survive. My objective will to restructure the whole club.

Other important thing is that in three I hope to have a whole UK squad. I don’t care about names, I care about the team.

Hope my english is understandable and hope you enjoy. Selling Collo, Krul, Santon, Jonas, Tioté, Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Marveaux, Cissé and Ba may not be the most popular thing, but that's what I'll do.

Having that said, I'll only replace those players with UK players, and my intention is to use a 3-5-2 or 3-6-1 and explore a solid defense and a fast game.
Sugestions are more than welcome
Since Demba Ba is a jerk. I'll renew his contract and then put him on transfer list.
I'll try to built this team for the first season:

Keepers: 1. Butland 12.Smithies 35. Alnick

Defenders: Grant Hanley, Shawcross, Steven Taylor, Danny Wilson Mark O'Brien, Chalobah and Lewis Dunk, Tom Lees, Scott Wooton, Ryan Bennett and Jack Hobbs.

Wing Backs: Trippier and Luke Shaw

Midfielders: Prowse, Nick Powell, Josh Mceachran, Razak, Chamberlain, Barkley, Shelvey, Jon Williams, Allan Scott, Will Hughes and George Green.

Fowards: Adam Campbell (new numer 9), Zaha. And I'll train Gary Mackay-Steven in this position and Sami Ameobi.
Can understand selling some of the key players, but selling Santon, Cabaye and HBA seems nuts to me. :P Understand you're looking to make a young squad, but it's going to be very hard to avoid relegation with that squad. Who's your captain btw?
Also, does this mean you'll be using "More Disciplined" on creative freedom? :P
I'll start the league in 3 days, and my starting eleven is:

Krul (Butland), S. Taylor, Shawcross and Danny Wilson, Trippier, Cabaye, Powell, Shelvey, Anita and Baines and Cissé.

The team will play a 3-6-1 system. Cabaye will play the role of Pirlo in the Juventus tactics. I hope Baines and Trippier perform well and create loads of chances for Cissé.

To be honest, I'm not really worried about relegation, and the only player in my squad on loan is Nick Powell. I still have a lot of money for signings but I'll only spend on the right player, for the right price.

Let's see what happens.
By the way, Steven Taylor is the captain and Shawcross the vice captain.
Got Ciaran Clark, Joventic, Rhys Whilliams, Prose, Sterling and Barkley (winter transfer), Mceachran (end of season)and the future England Captain Nathaniel Chalobah.

Also tying up Zaha for the winter.

Current starting eleven -

1. Krul (GK)

27. S. Taylor (Defender)
6. Shawcross (Defender)
16. C. Clark (Defender)

2. Trippier (Wing Back)
8. Anita (Defensive Midfielder
3. Baines (Wing Back)

4. Rhys Williams (box to box)
10. Shelvey (box to box)

14. Jovetic (Number 10)
9. Cisse (Poacher)
Also bought arguably the best young talent in UK:

12. Butland
5. Wilson
Chaloabah (next season)
25. Mclaughlin
2. Trippier
13. Luke Shaw
Mceachran (next season)
10. Shelvey
11. Prowse

Sterling (01.01.2013)
Barkley (01.01.2013)
Zaha (01.01.2013)

As long as this lads progress, I`ll start playing and atacking football in a 3-5-2 or even 3-4-3
