Fm 2013 Contracts

Hey guys i have a problem i've just finished my 2nd season with man utd now rooneys contract is up in one year in 2015 and Van Persies contract is up in 2016. Now both are on 180k per week and both have match highest earner clause. When i offer both them a contract one wants 215k per week and other wants 250k per week is there anyway around getting them on new deals without them activating one of there match highest earner?

offer the one with 215k first without inserting the caluse. then offer the other one with 250k. that will do
