Mansfield Town- One big stag do

Here today we are live at a coaching conference at ST. Georges park in Burton- Upon- Tent and we are interviewing new, young talented coaches. Here with us now we have a young coach named Matt Wells:
Hi, Matt, So what brings you here today.

Well i have allways loved football and i one day dream of being a top coach or maybe even a manager.

Well thats great to hear there are new young talented managers coming into the game. What do you believe you can do in our beutifull game.

Well i can be a top coach, lead a top team one day and just be regocnized in football. I believe I can do it.

Well thats truely inspirational there and we hope to see you in the future. Thats it for now back to you in ths studio.

Rumors are in that Mansfield have sacked manager Paul Cox due to admitting to having an affair with the Charmans wife who so happens to be the chief executive of the football club.

Mansfield have released this statement:
"As a club we feel this is the best decision and we will be looking to appoint a new manager soon for the start of pre- season".

This was my chance, this was my one and only chance of my dream job. I wonderd if i even had a chance to be honest. I started to work on my CV and i didnt just say look at this look at that i wrote it with my soul:

Dear John Radford,
I love football. I love every minite i watch. I have allways been turned away but I hope this may change. I have wanted to be a Manger for as long as i have lived and i will allways give 110% when it comes to football. I believe that Mansfield Town Football Club have a great potential in that it can be great again.

I hope at least you will get back to me as that whould be nice.

Matt Wells

I have recieved a letter back from Mansfield Fc to ask me to an interview for the managers post so i accepted and went to the interview.

As i approached the board room i took one big swallow and then i knocked. There was a big shout "COME IN."
I opened the door and i was told to be seated. I looked around and saw the cairman at the end of the table with the Cheif Exec on his right who is is wife. (My God she is a looker).
They then told my i was going to be shown around the ground after my interview while the board where deciding so after i had gave my vision of the future of the club i was led out by the Cheif Exec.
She took me round all of the ground but all i was doing was staring at her arse 99% of the time but oh well.

I was then told to have a seat again in the Boardroom when i was told the news..........

Here at sky sports we have breaking news in that Mansfield have appointed unknown manager Matt Wells on a one year contract.

The Clubs spokesperson had this to say, "We are delighted in the acquisition of this young, talented manager who can lead this club to glory".

Matt Wells only gave a brief statement but this is what he had to say " I am delighted to be hired and it is a dream come true to be recognized and i will lead this club to glory, Thank you."

I arived to work for my first day and i was not going to be around the players so i sat down with the board and my assistant manager and we analysed the squad and transfer targets.
We needed squad depth and that was going to be sorted as i was handed a big transfer and wage budget to do this.
I then invited all of the staff of the club into the conference room and i had prepared a talk :
"I have a vision for this football club that we can go far and be a good team. But I need each and every single one of you behind me and to help me in any way. From the cleaners to the players your job is important in making this football club run."

We are about to start the new season and Pre-Season has gone very well for us and we got some great results against higher opposition:

Bradford PA 5-0
Barnsley 4-1
Hartlepool 2-0
Portsmouth 0-0
