August-December Update

Our Motto this season is "Against all odds..." Nobody expects us to get promoted so it was our mission to prove them wrong...

August

So August was a ok month. Unfortunately the capital one cup drew us against championship hull city so me not knowing what striker to pick out of Clayton,Pogba,Moore,Leich-Smith we lost 3-1 even though at one point we where leading! Then we had 3 clean sheets on the bounce before Pogba scored our first goal of the season... in the third match!

September

Our rough start continued with only 3 wins in september. 3 losses to Doncaster, Notts County and The orient got the fans doubting of my managerial skills. However our fortunes were soon to change.

October

In October we did not lose! our strikers found their form and their scoring began to give us points! Getting us from mid-table to the play-off places. We also progressed in the Johnstone's paint trophy.

November

Our Unbeaten run continued! In a tough mounth where we played some of our promotion rivals.

December

All good things come to an end... so Bury and Swindon beat us this month when we played very poor. We are through to both the FA Cup 3rd Round (vs Leicester) And The Northern Semi Final Of the Johnstone's paint trophy (vs Bradford)!
