The game doesnt lunche because "seriuse error"

The fame doesn't lunch seddenly, and it's pump a message which says, seriuse error happend. it's sends a crush file to crashes dump folder, and thats it.
what should I do?
I play through Steam.

Apologies for the delayed response. This serious error usually only happens the one time so I would try to enter the Hall of Fame again. If the problem persists, I don't know how to solve it.
