Chris Powell has stepped Down as Charlton manager to take the assistants role, due to personal reasons. He recommends long term friend Samuel Parrish as his replacement. Alex Dyer has left on a mutual agreement
Samuel Gracefully accepts with big ambitions of developing the clubs youth set up and becoming self sufficient both financially and through his youth team. With Only experience of football manager gaming experience he is seen as a slight risk by the fans but they are impressed by his maturity and ambition.
He is thought to prefer a 4-4-2 Formation focusing on a short passing style. He is said to be primarily concerned with improvements to The squads left and right midfielders.
Parrish has also announced the termination of James Ashtons loan from Chelsea claiming that he would rather developed his own Youth as opposed to those of other clubs. Despite this Parrish Has not ruled out future loan deals as long as they "Enhance the present squad"
