Uanble to load savegame in FM Scout

Whenever I try to load an FM savegame into FM scout, it fails just before the loading bar nears completion. Every time, no matter which savegame I try to import.

I have the latest version of FM scout, version 8.0.2 of FM run in Windows XP, no alterations made to databases whatsoever (never run any 3rd party utilities in conjunction with FM2008 before either).

Anyone know why? Help appreciated. I'm in the 2012/13 season playing Leeds utd in the premiership and just thought I'd save a little time talent searching by using the FM Scout utility...

are you sure you have the latest fm scout?

because if i remember correctly the latest fm scout didnt have any bugs.

But if you are so far ahead in game time there must be some bug that we dont know about.

we are not the biggest fans of using tools to FM.
