Help with LLM tactic...Please

Hey Peeps

I just started a save with Barrow in the blue square premier league and need help with the tactics..

I dont have the best players in the world, so i doubt very much i will win a promotion..
But i would love to fight in the top or atleast top half finish, so if anyone could help that would be great..

Barrovians need a team in the league system ;)..
