My player is signed to two clubs !!! how do i fix this

I signed Stephen Crainey on a free in the Summer 2014 window. Since signing him i have tried to register him loads of times and it will not work.His history shows he is playing for Blackpool instead of Notts County and he comes up on the Blackpool and my team Nott's County's squad list. Any idead on how to fix this????

I have heard of this happen before and I'm afraid that it is just a bad bug. There is nothing you can do about it, unfortunately.
