The season is already starting to take shape. Athletico sat in 3rd place between the two clubs they are trying to overtake.

October

A really good month for Athletico. Unbeaten in a cram packed month. Adrian really performed well and got assists and goals for the team. The two highlights of the month were definitely beating Athletic and Osasuna away from home 4 -1.

November

A good start to the month. Athletico went top for a small period. Falcao scored his third hatrick of the season. What a start for him. Barcelona also drew two in a row, to spur Athletico on. However, as you can see, the month seriously declined from then on. Athletico finished the month in fourth, which wont be good enough to keep Falcao off the market…

Man of the Month

Diego Godin – Bar a silly red card, he was immense, scoring two goals in the process.

And finally, how the league table looks at the end of November. I think Athletico will be slightly disappointed, and Real Madrid are just storming their way ahead at the moment.

Almost December, and Fairley will be hoping his luck improves by Christmas.

You know that ive been creating this story around Falcao. You wont believe the conversation that I just had with him. Pictures to come tomorrow. It is like he has been reading my story and then started an argument.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd the file has corrupted. Well, I guess thats the end of my first story. Hopefully I showed promising signs. I will try and get a new one out as soon as I can.

Its unlucky to have a save file corrupted. Just for next time, try to keep a 3 file rolling save so that you have back-ups all the time.

I had to send my laptop away to be repaired, got it back today and just tried to load this save up. And for some reason or another, success! I will have an update on the month of December soon.

On paper, this may look like a poor month, but we were unbeaten in the league, and with Madrid losing we have closed the gap on them to 7 points. We are also only two points behind Barcelona. Falcao had a poor run of 8 games without a goal, but luckily he found his feet in the last game of the month and scored a couple.

Player of the Month: Diego Godin (again)

A brilliant month for Godin, helping the team to 3 clean sheets on the trot, whilst also scoring his 4th goal of the season at the other end.

No Fulham then :'(. Do a double story mate!
