Can't Lauch Game from Short Cut or via Steam

Hi,

I purchased the game two days ago via your site. I installed Steam and Installed the game. I have never been able to launch it.

I get the Serious error message notifying me that it crash dumped. Steam shows that I have actual game time of maybe 13 minutes in total but I dont even get to main menu.

Any suggestions please? If I can't resolve it how do I use my 7 day opt out option?

Sorry should have mentioned that I purchased FM13
