Brilliant results mate. I agree that the Toulouse match is a hard one to take. Nice one retaining the title. Similar to a Dortmund team! I wonder what will be your signings! I want to see how much the nut of Nicollin gives you.
Season Summary and Other such Leagues
So all in all this season was a nice surprise. The amount of draws we had I wasn't expecting to see the top 2. The losses to smallers teams definitely hurt. Yet we mostly did win where we needed to which was, good.
Unfortunately Belhanda hasn't changed his mind, so he will be heading on out during the off-season. Best of luck to him. Along with his departure we will see a handful of other players leaving as we switch to a more French originated team.
Look forward to the next season. Assets will hopefully help me move the club in the direction I want it to go!

Preseason was where our new direction was to start. Our push for a more French nationality team was the front of this new era at the Mondial 98. Nicollin fully backed my ambitions to take this club to new heights to rival youth systems that of Barcelona and Real Madrid. I was looking put France on the map. Not through the buying of big players but through the quality youth system. Firstly though I would start by finding some french quality players to replace the international ones. Along with some youth.

Antony Knockaert joined from the new BPL team Leicester for a record fee of 10.75m

Yaya Sanogo refused to sign a new deal with AJ Auxerre so we quickly signed him on a free. (Backup striker, looking to let him go on loan and make some money out of him)

Summary
I am still looking for more players mainly a backup for the center midfield but, I am not going to pay silly money. I want to keep a good amount of money to build on. The signing of Knockaert was definitely the highlight of all transfers so far for me. Belhanda left to Manchester United for a disappointing price. Still though at least we finally got some money for him. The loss to P$G hurt. Hoping to get the win against them in the Ligue 1 opening fixture. Fingers crossed.
