How can I change who manages the reserve team?

Hi everyone,

I have my Reserves head coach and I can't change it. I've looked in staff responsabilities but I can't see it. I can see the man I have now but it's greyed out.
Any help please.

I forgot to say that I want my assistant to run the reserves not the greyed out one.
