Which assistant manager attributes are related to 'team gelling' information? What attributes should be focused upon so as to get the exact information on how the team is gelling (Team Talk Feedback)?

Yes the team talk feedback will tell you if players are struggling to gell, but generally i look at players languages, if they can speak english (i play in the english premierleague) and generally if they cant speak english, they struggle to gel with my other players. The longest i have ever seen a player take to learn english is Papa Cisse (at newcastle) who took 490 days. I personally find once my foreign players learn english, they perform significantly better. Other than that, players will usually gel whether they know the language or not after half a season. Try training your team during pre-season on "Team Cohesion" and "Tactics", that will get them used to your style of play quicker.
