Hello my name is Paul Davies I am 25 years old and have played local league football for years. I have now taken on the role Manager at a club that has only just formed.

Wolverhampton Supporters Committee Football Club was created by Steve Bull a former Wolverhampton Wanderers legend that had got disgruntled and annoyed by the fact that owner Steve Morgan was ruining the club he loved and played for.

He finally had enough of the situation at Molineux and Steve decided to create a supporters club in which he will plow in his own money until success or investors come he will also be the active chairman.

I myself a major big Wolverhampton Wanderers fan have also got annoyed but they way the club has been run in recent years and was by chance on a coaching course that Steve was a guest speaker at, we got talking and explained to me his visions for a supporters club, he told me that he would keep me in mind if his dreams ever became reality (i never thought they would)

Because of the financial backing of Steve and Brackley FC pulling out of the league at last minute. We have been entered into the Blue Square North Division.

I have no players, staff to work with so I have been entrusted to build this club from scratch.

I will update you after we have played our pre-season friendlies (that's if I can get any players)

Hello my name is Paul Davies, I am 25 years Old from a small town in Gloucestershire called Cinderford, I have been approached by Wolves Legend Steve Bull to be the first ever manager at WSCFC to which I gladly accepted.

On arrival at the club i knew I had some big decisions to make I had no players, no staff.

My first duty was to find myself an Assistant who can help me in finding 23 players good enough for the Blue Square North. Well 11 would be a good start. So I appointed Ben Sedgemore a 37 year old who spent most of his playing career in League 1 and League 2

I also knew I would need a good coach to help me with the training of these players, not having played professional football or even close to it, I decided on the off chance to ring PFA chairman Gordan Taylor to ask him if he knew of any young coaches wanting to cut it, without any hesitation he recommended Chris Riggott a former premier league player with Middlesboro.

Now on to the players.

Goal Keepers
Damion Beckford-Quailey
Giga Zulmatashvili

Defenders

Sam Ford
Greg Lewis
Rimmel Daniel
Charlie Ottaway
Andy Heald

Midfielders
Ibrahim Sissoko
Matt Barnes
Adnan Ahmed
Sam Turner
Michael Jackson

Strikers
Charlie Collins
Daryl Addis
Phil Warrington

Of These Players I have grants Andy Heald Captaincy with Michael Jackson his VC.

The squad lacks a little depth and that is something that I plan to change as soon as we can afford to most of these players are on 12 month rolling contract's some on pay as you play.

The signing I am most impressed we got was Ibrahim Sissoko a former WBA player in the premier league but been plagued witha couple of off the field problems and is looking at getting back into football once again.

I have found Defenders and Strikers few and far between, well decent ones any way so had to resort to signing a lad i went to school with (Greg Lewis) who was once at Cheltenham Town and my cousin(Daryl Addis)who was once at Gloucester City who are currently in my division they both may be back up players to help me get started and they the situation we are in.

Pre-Season

We Struggled to find our feet in pre-season losing 2 and drawing 2 the one good result was a 3-3 draw with Blue Square Premier outfit Kidderminster Harriers.

Our First League game is children go free please come and support your new local team.

Thank-You for listening

Paul Davies

WSCFC Manager.

Nice start Sponge, I will be following.
Good luck ;)

Hello my dear supporters, firstly thank-you to the 150 people who have purchased a season-ticket for our fledgling season, not bad for a team that didn't exist 6 months ago if you ask me.

Well the main reason I am writing today is to give you an august review from the view point of the manager.

The first game of the season was against Colwyn Bay away and it was our very first win a superb comeback and won 4-3

Next up was our first home fixture against Workington we sadly lost this match 3-2,but yet again a valiant effort from a team that still haven't really played that much together.

For The third game of the month we played another away fixture this time it was against Boston Utd, one of the favourites for the BSN title. We managed to secure a 2-2 draw, I am extremely proud of the lads for this result.

My final game of the month was against Droylsden away it was our poorest Match in August we lost 3-1 but still we kept goin the effort was there but sadly the class wasn't.

To summarize I am pretty happy with my squad even with some results going against against us. We are currently 15th in the league on 4 points with a goal difference of -2. But on the positive we have score the third highest amount of goals in the league so far.

Daryl Addis has been out top performer during August Scoring in each of our games totaling 5 goals in 4 games. Daryl also finished 2nd in the player of the month award for the league with and Average Match Rating of 8.10.

My player of the month for August is Daryl Addis

We now move onto September with a lot of hope in our hearts and fire in our bellies.
