Help with Carlos Fierro..

Im giving him the games but he cannot seem to find his shooting boots.

Whats the best way to play him?

Poacher, from what I've heard.

I used him in only one FM13 save, and he was shite, but then again, he only played 10 games or so.

Definitely poacher, though a lot will depend on the style of play and the skills of the rest of the team. He starts off with generic enough stats that I'm pretty sure you could train him to play as any type of striker. He didn't score a lot for me until a season or two in, after that he's been brilliant as a poacher.

Thanks for that. I will give it a shot when im back on tonight and see what i can get out of him.

I play Cabaye and Sissoko in the middle so he is playing infront of two good midfielders, definitly getting the service.

Based on this advice, I'll look to play him as poacher on my United story.

I signed him for Southampton, haven't played him in the senior squad yet, but he's been absolutely banging them in for the Reserves!

poacher is his best role, will take a few years to break him into the first team though
