No e-mail received after purchase....

PLEASE HELP...........

I purchased FM2013 nearly 2 hours ago & still waiting for any sort of mail, link or whatever I suppose to get to play this thing, checked my mail every 5 minutes and still nothing, what i'm suppose to do, is there anyway i can get any confirmation or send complaint to whoever incharge here..

Be patient, it should come within 24 hours
