no short cut on desk top

Hi all,

Am i doing something wrong? i have loaded the game but i don't get a shortcut icon for FM2008 on my desk top. Why is this happening.

your probably useing windows vista.

Go to the start menu, and on the right there should be a map called games. and there it is. jsut plcae it on the desktop.

OR go to the fm 08 map and create a copy of the .exe.

go to "Program Files".. "Sports Interactive" then "Football Manager 08". right click "fm.exe" and place your mouse on "Send To:" and then choose "Desktop (create shortcut)"
