Transfers Help!

Hello All!

I am playing with Rosario Central in Argentina and I wanted to sign two players from Costa Rica, playing at the local league. However no matter what I do or how much money I throw at their clubs, they downright refuse to even negotiate, claiming zero interest. I am wondering if there is something that I need to do in order to get them to come around. Out of curiosity I have tried taking control at a larger club in Argentina and the same thing still happens.

I imagine it might be related to the reputation of the clubs and/or leagues, and I have not as of yet tried to do something similar on different leagues on different countries.

Any tip you can send my way I'll greatly appreciate!

Well, it could be that clubs don't want to accept the bid. They don't have to if they don't want. Also, the players might not have any desire to play in the Argentine league. It's their choice to join.

Declare interest in there players and release positive media statements on them every now and then as well as praise the managers at those clubs ,the better the relationship the higher the chance of the bids being accepted ,also add friendly match agaisnt them when making offer where they stand a chance to get money ....should do the trick
