The First Day

I entered the ground to be escorted to the boardroom to meet the directors. I was invited in and was told to take a seat.

“What are your plans for the club Matt”, asked Ben Robinson the chairman.

“Well I want a stable first year and try to finish in the top half/Mid-Table and I want to build a high quality squad capable of competing in the league above. We are training at St. Georges Park the best facilities in the country and we can use this to our advantage. I want to produce our own players to help with the clubs future and stature. If we get results we get points which propel us up the table and that leads to promotion. I intend to be out of this league within 2-3 seasons after building a good squad”.

“We will back you all the way and we want success with the club like you and I hired you to bring it. I am looking forward to a bright future for the club.”.
Nice start, will follow (If it lasts).

Targets

We needed to analyse who we needed to bring in from the market to reinforce the squad and we realised we needed a;
GK
CM
LM
RM
ST
We then had to find targets for these positions and we then got straight to business but with only a £3k wage budget and a £10k Transfer budget.
Look for some guys on free transfers or because the league you're in have a look at your youth prospects
if i ever star in league 2 i look at free transfer and look to bring in young players who are sat in the reserves at championship teams mate!
Good start mate, keep it up :)

However, if I was to make a suggestion it would be to add more detail to your posts :)
