steam achievements

Hey guys I wonder how to link my profile in FMscout to my steam profile so the steam achievements getting published in FMsocut (I didn't buy the game from fmscout site if it is a must to do that)
also I wanted to know how I can see my points in the steam ranking system

Go into your "Account Settings" by clicking the tab in the top right of the page. Then you should see four more tabs there, saying "Account", "Password", "Profile", and "Steam". Click Steam, then follow the instructions in that tab.

Start Steam on your computer
Log into your Steam client
Click the large tab at the top saying "COMMUNITY"
Below the "COMMUNITY" tab you will see about 6 options. Click on "PROFILE" (should be 2nd option from the left).
You will see your Steam profile in the screen below. Right-click anywhere on it and select "Copy Page URL".
Now return to this page and paste the link into the form below.
The URL should look something like either of these:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/[yournickname]
http://steamcommunity.com/profile/01234567890123456
Delete the http://steamcommunity.com/id/ part if it's a name or the http://steamcommunity.com/profile/ part if it's a number, so you only have either [yournickname] or the numeric ID. Make sure there's no trailing slash at the end.

now I try to write my username in this section and press update but nothing happen when i look at the steam achievements section

It might take a while to register and display your achievements
