West Brom have appointed Uvi Holam, an unexperienced manager, as their new man heading the 2012/2013 season.
Uvi Holam is keen to bring throphys back to a 40 year drought for West Brom. He is insisted he is well aware of his tasks and do his utmost, not only to achieve them but to smash them.
Tactics:
Largely 4-1-2-1-2 will be used in a very riged attacking system. Utilising the middle rather than flanks.

Key Players:
Jonas Olsson: His defensive ability speaks wonders as well as his ability with the ball. Definitely keeping him injury free at the back couldn't hurt.

Chris Brunt: Finding the right box to box midfielder essential for our formation. Brunt is the perfect midfielder now for West Brom.

Lukaku: The young promising striker on loan from Chelsea will play a vital part in our goalscoring as well as assisting goals.

Pre season:
Our Pre season went relatively well. Still adjusting to the formation we managed to win 2 our of our 5 games and draw 2 as well as one narrow loss by a prolific team "Benifica"
