Sup peeps. Ive just finished my 9th season with Lecce and just had my 500th game incharge. Its july 2016. Usually this is the point where i get bored with the team and i'll begin a new game. However this time round i want to keep going.
The problem is most of the good "real" players are in there 30's and the regens are fucken terrible. Gone are the 5 star players, 4 star is as good as it gets. Every regen has a severe weakness, or some stats are just unrealistic (lol 3 pace? 4 stam? gtfo).
Now i thought the idea behind regens was when a "real" player retired he would come back as a 15-16 year old with a different name/nationality etc. Then you could develop them up to the point where they'd be very similar to their predecessor. This however isnt the case at all.
Has anyone else noticed this and/or explain it?
Im using 8.0.1 patch, with a large database and about 20ish country's selected to "use all players from this country"
