2nd division teams, which should I chose?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a team with a good history, average players, financial ok or rich and so low lately from the 2nd division like Npower championship (Engalnd), ligue2 (France), liga adelante (Spain), which team do you to start and to be a successful team in Europe (like win or try to win the europa league on the 3rd or 4th season) I hope wou can help me.
I thought trying Sampdoria, West Ham, Deportivo or Middlesbrough
I allready tried with Middlesbrough, I won the league and when I got promoted to the premier league I reseved 50M so things got to easy.
please help me!

Does somebody recomend to start a season with Blackpool, they have very good players like grandin, cathcart, sylvestre, eardley, matt phillips... I would sell a few players to get a solid budget to get a few players.

Several of those players you mentioned are aging and not very good. Blackpool are a good team, but there's much better teams to go for.
