Let me first explain my save.
I have created an edited database(html) with Anderlecht.
The team got top coaches, director of football, scouts, chief of scout, head of youth ,etc….
It got top youth and training facilities. I made the stadium bigger, I adjust the wage and transfer budget to maxed out. I adjusted the sponsor deals also maxed out. And I got a foreground sugardaddy.
I also adjusted some players and created some players with ca/pa 200 and maxed out skill(all 20 but that does not show in the game they are all 15+ although) and are all between 16 and 18 yo.
The created players are:
Peter McShield GK (can also play defender)
Paul Bolsens (myself) can play DM/M/AM/S RLC
Jason McGoal can play D/DM/M/AM/S RLC
The adjusted players are:
Michael Heylen D RLC
Jordan Lukaku D/DM/M/AM LC
Andy Najar D/DM/M/AM RC
Massimo Bruno M/AM RC
Dennis Praet M/AM/S RLC
David Henen SC
My tactic is 4-5-1 (at least in defence its more a 433 in attack)
GK (role goalkeeper defend duty)
DL and DR (role full back automatic duty)
DCL and DCR (role central defender defend duty)
MCR (role central midfield defend duty)
MC (role advanced playmaker attack duty)
MCL (role central midfield support duty)
AMR and AML (role Inside Forward attack duty)
SC (complete Forward attack duty)
Style fluid
Strategy attacking
Passing style shorter
And closing down press more the rest all default
And some other instructions but that’s not that important for my question
I got pretty good result up till now only lost in the quarter final of the CL against Porto but my board gave me a new contract anyway
I won the super cup, Belgian cup and title (with still 8 or 9 games to go in the competition)
I bought different players but I won’t say the names because I want to get your advice on how I should fill in the positions. After wards I will let you know if I got that player already or not.
My board wants me to play attractive football, sign high profile players, and develop player trough the youth system. I agree with 2 of them on this but with the high profile I got some issue but I fixed that with a bit of ‘cheating’ (read I took over barca and man city with 2 new managers and bought some players for 0 euro and no not Messi because his wage demands are way out of proportion he asked 1, 8 million /month in my save.)
I prefer to buy wonder kids and good young players so I can be at ease for a couple of years on the transfer market.
Let me know your opinion to fill in my tactic.
And btw money is not really a problem
