Blue Square Bet South team Hayes and Yeading have announced that THIRTEEN year-old Cameron Findlay will be their new manager on a 2-year deal. Amazingly all the young manager boasts is Football Manager experience and a playing role for his school. Hayes and Yeading chairman Derek Goodall said that the move was not a publicity stunt and guenuinly believed in Findlay's managerial talent.

Expectations
Personal: Expecting Play-off's at minimium because of the level of investment in team.
Media: Expected Play-off's aswell but because of rookie manager Findlay, mid-table is believed to be more realistic.
Players: In a meeting with the lads they announced they were optimistic about the season ahead and were pleased to be able to work with me at such a young age, even though when they were having pints I was still getting bottle-fed!
