A Little History Lesson...

The Club was founded in 1902. They Are Based in Norwich Norfolk in the east of England. They Have Won The League Cup (Capital One Cup) Twice in 1962 and 1902.

The Clubs Best finish in the top flight was 3rd in the inaugural season of the Premier league. The Club was top at christmas... Table Although failing at the final hurdle and finishing 3rd. This however lead to greater things as the club got UEFA Cup (Europa League) Football. And The best moment in the clubs history...

Aston Villa has hired Paul Lambert as its manager, luring him from Premier League rival Norwich.
Lambert has been appointed by American owner Randy Lerner to replace Alex McLeish, who was fired last month after Villa narrowly avoided relegation from the Premier League.
Lambert had been at Norwich for two years and steered the club back into the top tier of English soccer. Norwich finished 12th last month, four places higher than Villa. :Yahoo Sport

Norwich Hire Complete Unknown Manager

Today Norwich City Hired A Completely Unknown Manager. The New Man Alex Murray, a life long fan on the club has been given the task of making sure the club does not have 2nd season syndrome and slip back to the championship. In his first press conference the new manager was questioned heavily about how he had got the job...

Reporter: "So You Stand today here as the new norwich city manager but have you had any previous experience at managment?"
Murray: "No. I have played football manager a bit but not managed a real club."
Reporter: "So... The club hired you because you where good at Football Manager?"
Murray: "Yes..."
Reporter" So... What are your goals for this season?"
Murray: " Priority this season is to stay up and then we will see what happens from there"
Reporter: "So will that mean buying some players in the transfer window?"
Murray: " We Will See..."

After the Press Conference The bookies changed the odds for City So they are now the bookies favourite to go down. The New Manager has a real task on his hand...

Chapter 1: New Beginnings, New Challenges.

http://www.pinkun.com/polopoly_fs/classic_ncfc_wallpapers_7_25552!MP_02_NCFC_Aerial1.jpg

Driving From the Midlands To Norfolk Takes A Long Time. But it felt even longer as I Drove to my new home. I would be taking my first training session today and I was bloody nervous! "Would the players rebel on me?" Would They be up to the task?" I thought to myself. I Turned On The Radio and switched it to talksport. They just happened to be talking to fans about my appointment. One Fan Said "What Are the F***ing Thinking? Are they volunteering us to be relegated?" I Smirked thinking "you wait my friend you wait".

http://www.tmwmtt.com/blog-extreme-groundhopping/2008/2008-10-11NorwichCityAcademy01.jpg

When I Finally arrived at Colney A Barrage of press was waiting for me. Cameras Flashing and Journo's asking "Why have you taken the job?" and " Are you up to the task" I just simply said "Wait and see" As soon as I walked through the doors A Certain Celebrity Chef was waiting for me for our introductory meeting.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/norfolk/content/images/2007/01/27/ncfc_delia_blackpool_20070127_250_250x350.jpg

Delia: "Nice to see you! You're looking tired?"
Me: " Yeah Its along way in the car "
Delia: "Lets Get down to business First off the board believe that you should be aiming to keep the club up so we are going to give you £2 Million to achieve that"
Me: "Only that?"
Delia: "Yes We are not Man City you know!"
Me: "Okay then... Is Ian Around?"
Delia: "Yes he is just going to come in. IAN!"
Ian Culverhouse: " Yes Hang on..."
Delia Exits
Culverhouse: "Hello There Alex I am your Assistant Manager.
Murray: "Hey"
Culverhouse: " Right Here is the squad report me and the other coaches have filed"
Murray: "Okay"
Culverhouse: "We Think that Sebastien Bassong is the strongest Player we have in the team as we feel he would be a Good player for most Premier Division Sides.
Murray: "Okay Good When is the friendlys?"
Culverhouse: "Next Week!"
Murray: " Okay then better get cracking!"
Why specifically Bayern Munich? :P

And your interviews and the way you write about the people in-game talking is way too centered. Try not to center them. They look better without the [center.][/center.] thing. :)

Great start, will be following

Chapter 2: A Good Start Is Always Key

http://www.canaries.co.uk/cms_images/ruddy-16-9132-480956_1600x900.jpg

Unfortunately I was unavailable for Pre-Season (I Had A "Virus" ;) ) So The Ass Man Took over

Brentford 1-1 Norwich City
Crawley 1-1 Norwich City
Kings Lynn 2-2 Norwich City
Lowestoft 0-4 Norwich City
Norwich City 2-2 Sevilla
Norwich City 1-0 Werder Bremen

So Here I Was Waiting to be met by either A. Boos or B. A Standing ovation by the eager Carrow Road crowd. It was the first day of the season against sunderland. The press where eager for my appearance as cameras dotted the touchline. It was time. I walked out of the tunnel to be met by a huge cheer as the Crowd started to sing the Famous Song...

Kick off, throw in, have a little scrimmage,
Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die;
On the ball, City, never mind the danger,
Steady on, now's your chance,
City!, City!, City!

I sat down on the dugout as the referee blew his whistle.

MATCH REPORT- Norwich City 1-0 Sunderland
An Own Goal From Simon Mignolet Gave New Norwich Manager Alex Murray a home debut win. Sunderland had more chances and possession and only a fantastic John Ruddy Save Kept Steven Fletcher From Equalising. Martin O'Neill Will Be Disappointed with his team in a game they expected to win.

August/September Report!

Overall I Could Not Have Asked for a better start. Minus The Villa Game we got results where we expected them. These Matches Helped Me Analyse who was cut out for the team and who was not. I Found that Luciano Becchio And Leon Barnett Where both not good enough for us and both where transfer listed.

Player of the month(s) goes to... Sebastien Bassong!

http://i.smimg.net/12/48/sebastien-bassong-norwich-city.jpg

Sebastien was simply OUTSTANDING for us in these 2 months. Getting match ratings of above 8.00 on all. And that was also why he won Barclays Player Of the month for September.

Flop Of the Month(s) Goes to Leon Barnett!

http://images.football365.com/13/04/800x600/Leon-Barnett_2928375.jpg

Simply Awful. The Sole reason we lost against Villa was because of him. He gave away the ball both times that they scored. Hopefully going to get rid of him.
Just a suggestion, and up to you, but maybe use the competition banners once every post. With them being used once at a time, such as in the Capital One Cup, there can be a bit too much colour and a bit off-putting to read. Up to you, but you may want to take it into consideration.

Other than that, an excellent story start Canary, and some very nice results too. I hope you do go on to beat Bayern Munich soon, would love to see it. Love the banner too, nice job, especially if it was your first time making a banner.

Good luck, and keep it up!
Changed!
It's great to see you taking comments into consideration. Will help a lot with your story. The story is going really well though!

We Wanted to continue the momentum gained from the City Result into the festive fixtures but a late training injury for John Ruddy Put him out until the new year and then just a day later 2nd Choice 'keeper Mark Bunn damaged his Achilles tendon and was out for quite some time. Month Report: December
December Has Been An Flop For Us If I Am Honest. With only two wins and two draws from games we should have easily won it has been a tough christmas for us all. Lets Start the new year on a high!

Player Of The Month Goes to... Jonny Howson!
http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01485/no4_1485920a.jpg
Jonny Has been the best player out of the flops this month. He got a few goals and a few good games. Even though he was sent off...

Flop Of The Month Goes to... Lee Camp!
http://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/polopoly_fs/fil_sunderland_norwich_060_1_1995198!image/3680025907.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_630/3680025907.jpg
Well... He had the chance to show that I should renew his contract and also put him up to 2nd Keeper... And Failed. Absolutely awful Goalkeeper and will be trying to offload him as soon as possible!
