fmscout.com TODO for FM09

as some of you might know, I'm counting down my days as a soldier. the time left until the end of service is very long (august '09), and the circumstances were bad so far. as a result, I had no time nor the mood to work, not only on this site but in general.

anyway, to make a long story short, I can finally serve the remaining months on my home island, so I will get to work eventually. I wanted to have a new skin ready by now, but I only got here today and I will have to return to the armory in a few hours.

I'm only going to make a TODO list of things I want to do during this month, and hopefully in the next few days before the release of FM 2009.
here we go...

- a new fm09 skin designed from the ground up, keeping the option for the user to switch to older skins

- the whole set of hints and tips from fm09

- new category with fm09 downloads, featuring anything remarkable released for fm09

- 2 new plugins for the homepage, 1 for latest news plus blogs in headlines, and another for most downloaded files. both to work on auto-pilot

- reorganize user control panel and breed new graphics

- develop an online scout utility for fm09

the waiting time for the complete list above is unknown, but I can promise you that the order will be exactly as shown. any help with suggestions and other ideas is welcome.

i'm frustrated and angry that i couldn't have at least the new skin ready by now. i tried my best to complete it during my nights out of the armory during this week, but i need more time that i don't have. i won't have nights out until sunday, a day that i will have to leave yet again for more training, this time to become a sergeant.

the only good news are that i have added a fm09 help guide, based on the help files of fm09 demo. you can find it here.

i'm almost certain red will make sure you get all the necessary info and links while i'm gone, though i still feel sad i couldn't follow my todo schedule. you can blame the army as i am doing right now...
