I recently changed my third tactic to a completely new tactic ,however my first tactic is 4-4-2 and my team were fully acquainted with it but now they not ..is this normal...?

Did you change a role in the 4-4-2 or something with player instructions/team instructions? as even the slightest change can change the familiarity.
Switching back and forth between tactics lowers your familiarity, sadly. Starting with 800/800 familiarity (all eight bars full), if you just keep switching all three tactics to other saved tactics you end up with familiarity approaching 0/800 after a while. This is because the game doesn't store what exactly your team is familiar with, it just stores how familiar it is with the current tactic.

My tactics system (and tips) solves the problem though if you want a fix!

@ Man_u_barmy_army_ no I didn't .

@ joeyraptor that sucks a bit ...I've read your tactics system ,very informative ,will be trying to adopt .
Cool, let me know what you think about it, no-one has given any feedback for it yet!
Lol, cool will do ,I think they lazy to read it :)
Haha yeah I wouldn't be surprised! I bet the people who bothered might have thought it would be too much effort anyway. I'm happy with it at least, though it does make the game a little too easy after a while!
I READ IT and it's aboslutely great!

Read it in full its brilliant especially if you have going to play a network game it gives you a massive amount of flexibility .

However I think to the average fm player it could be very complicating and yes I know you have worded it very simple and etc but getting down to actually doing it doesn't seem so easy ...
Thanks for the feedback guys, I really appreciate it!

Yeah that's probably the case, I might post the set of tactics I use on here at some point so people can try it out more easily. :)
