With two wins and one lose Southampton will be looking to tip the scale even more with a win against USBCO.
USBCO have won all three of the last friendly fixtures and are looking to extend their top run, Southampton are still improving on and off the pitch, with the recent departures of the players the fans are still somewhat dubious in who exactly Mr Miali has in his plans.
With the first half under way Rickie Lambert off injured through training and danny fox also out, Mr Miali is trying to find a link in his team in this match.
Up front with De Ridder is Do Prado and and the rest unchanged from the last game, USBCO start off to a flyer when then they get in the first goal in only the 3rd minute, Mr Miali is knowing this is going to be a long night.
By the 32nd minute Southampton were 2-0 down and Roberto was not pleased he had to make a change in something and it had to be quick.
The first half finished with a 2-0 lead from USBCO, Mr Miali had gotten Le Tissier to talk to the team, and also changed to a counter attack tactic with a fluid balance, hoping for the best and try to make amends.
The second half started and Southampton looked more stronger passing with more certainty, but unfortunately they got in the 3rd goal on the 55th minute of the game and sealing it at that. Southampton only had 6 shots at goal and USBCO had even less but made them count.
Final score USBCO 3-0 Southampton FC
