Is it true that Solskjaer uses the fm database to scout for players and other managers as well ?

I highly doubt. They probably play the game. There are lots who apparently play it, Adam Le Fondre being a confirmed one. However, as a manager who has totally changed a club, I doubt the database was actually used.

I've heard that some clubs use it (Everton I heard) to help them scout players they're interested in. Not that Everton can afford any of them.

I heard that it's use by lower league managers.
