Looking for a good tactic for the England National Team

So as the title suggests I have taken over the English National Team and am wondering if anyone has a good tactic for them to use.

Thanks!
On FM12, I always used 4-2-2-2 (with two wingers) for England. The high of my career was beating Spain 5-3 in the Euros, but went out to Portugal in the first knockout round. My assistant played it, don't blame me!
Cool I will give that a go. Thanks.
I have always felt that the English National side have an abundance of central midfielders but are short on quality strikers, so i usually use an old favourite:

4-3-3

Fullbacks on attacking, CD on defend

3 Central midfielders, 1 as CM (auto), 1 as Deep-lying playmaker (support) and one as Advanced-playmaker (attacking).

2 Attacking wingers

1 lone striker in either Advanced Forward, Target Man or Poacher, depending on attributes.

Playing with a pressing & short passing game, very fluid and attacking worked well, switched to control for a more defensive performance.
