BREAKING NEWS:
Claudio Ranieri, the manager of AS Monaco has been sacked out of blue by chairman Filips Dhont. Rumours have that the AS Monaco boss had a huge argumenet with the chairman regarding the benefits of the clubs and salary demands, leading to a complete staff breakdown.

Speculation has it that Laurent Blanc has the most chances to take over the reigns at AS Monaco, but others include ex-international player Alessandro Cruz as one of the potential managers, thanks to his close relationship with the Dhont family.
This is shaping up to be a potential super story. Good luck Cris.

New manager unveiled

According to the AS Monaco officials, the one to take over the reigns is, indeed, Alessandro Cruz. Cruz, of Brazilian descent, will be on a 10.000$ p/w, for the next three years. According to the club, the one and only objective will be winning the 2nd league. There is a lot of pace to be picked up, but the club's facilities and financial-capability are nothing short of superb.

"I'm looking to play attractive soccer"

In an earlier press conference, Cruz has stated that he will be looking to play an attacking, open-minded game. According to him, the club is looking to bring in one more keeper, and apparently, Ibrahima Toure and Jackson Mendes are on their way out. "This summer will see how things will shake up, and we'll definitely look to win the league, and in no fewer than four years, look to play in Europe again".

Big words from the new manager. Will this attract a lot of notoriety in the media?

AS Monaco finalize two signings

AS Monaco has officially announced the signings on Marek Suchy and Ben Amos, coming for 7.500.000$, respectively 1.100.000$. Cruz is pleased with the signings, and has stated that its unlikely to make anymore signings, and that he will persuade another transfer only if its the perfect transfer.
